We do not warrant that the quality of any goods, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the service will be corrected.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
When you sign in to your account on our Services, we may give you the option to stay signed in to your account for a certain period of time. If you are using a public or shared computer, we encourage you not to choose to stay signed in. Orders are only accepted within the Republic of Ireland.
When you purchase over 50 euro, free shipping applies. For consumption below 50 euro, we will charge a standard shipping fee of 7.99 euro. (Starting 1 Apr 2021.)
Changes to delivery details by a customer must be notified to the store from which the goods were purchased at least one business day before the scheduled delivery date. The customer must be present to accept delivery of goods at the nominated delivery address on the scheduled delivery date.
We always make our best efforts to deliver your order to you in the next working days of date if the order was made before 2 pm Monday to Friday. However, the time may vary depending on the drivers and unpredictable facts including weather conditions, out-of-stock or other unforeseen events. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a customer due to any failure to supply the goods by a specific time or date. Unless otherwise agreed, when the customer has nominated an address for delivery, delivery to that address will satisfy our delivery obligations as stated therein before. An additional delivery charge may apply if goods are not delivered because the customer was not present at the nominated address on the scheduled delivery date. We may, in its absolute discretion, suspend or cancel delivery if the customer is overdue in any payment to us or in breach of these terms.
We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any sale or delivery of goods due to unauthorized, altered, fraudulent, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error, lockout, delay or default of a manufacturer or supplier or an electronic attack on electronic systems, failure or interruption of any electronic system or essential service, such as electricity supply, internet, communications and payment systems and any other cause beyond our control.
Once the order is dispatched, the shipping fees (if applicable) will no longer be refundable. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your receipt of the goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in its original tags and packaging material.
We do not accept returns of items used outside of their intended purpose.
We do not accept returns of customised items (cut-to-size products such as customised table cloth).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Discounted products are not refundable or exchangeable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
On rare occasions, if the product you receive comes with manufacturer defects, by providing relevant photo/video evidence, we will spare no efforts to provide a free exchange or return to you to solve the problem.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items cannot be refunded and can only be exchanged.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goods to reach you may vary. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jps.ie and return your item to us with the original receipt.
All goods sold in the online store have three months store warranty. We will try our best but won’t guarantee to solve the problems for items purchased over 3 months.
As the nature of our business operation, we do not offer collections to the public.
All goods purchased via website or email or other means will only be shipped directly to you by the given delivery address.
In rare cases, if you need to collect certain items, please email us at info@jps.ie stating the item names and amount. Please do not come to the warehouse without having received our replies.
