These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may not use our goods for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Pricing

Prices for our goods are subject to change without notice. The price of an item once ordered is fixed once the order is accepted by us. Subsequent price changes (either up or down) will not apply to accepted orders. The customer must pay any specified delivery charge notified through the website at the time an order is placed by the customer.

Goods & Services

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the goods or services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the goods or services.

Certain goods or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These goods or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our return policy.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any goods or services that we offer. All descriptions of goods and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any goods or services at any time. Any offer for goods or services made on this site is void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Signed In

When you sign in to your account on our Services, we may give you the option to stay signed in to your account for a certain period of time. If you are using a public or shared computer, we encourage you not to choose to stay signed in. You or any other user of the computer/browser you signed in on will be able to view and access most parts of your account and take certain specific actions during this signed-in period without any further authorization. The specific actions and account activities that you or any other user of this computer/browser may take include checking out or adding items to your cart or tracking your order status or leaving.

Orders

We currently deliver only to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.

Delivery

We currently offer delivery only to addresses within the Republic of Ireland.
Orders of €45 or more qualify for free standard delivery. For orders below €45, a standard delivery charge of €9.83 applies. Any applicable delivery charge will be displayed before the customer completes the order.
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders as promptly as reasonably possible. Delivery times may vary due to stock availability, weather conditions, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Unforeseen Events

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any sale or delivery of goods due to unauthorized, altered, fraudulent, or ineligible use of discount and to modify or cancel this promotion due to system error, lockout, delay or default of a manufacturer or supplier or an electronic attack on electronic systems, failure or interruption of any electronic system or essential service, such as electricity supply, internet, communications and payment systems and any other cause beyond our control.

Return & Refund

Any refund of delivery charges will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the circumstances of the return. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours.

For change-of-mind returns offered under our commercial returns policy, we provide a 30-day return period from receipt of the goods. This 30-day period does not limit or affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. Where a consumer has a statutory right to cancel an online purchase, the consumer may inspect the goods to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning and should take reasonable care of the goods while they are in their possession.

We do not accept returns of items used outside of their intended purpose.

We do not accept returns of customised items (cut-to-size products such as customised table cloth).

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Certain sealed goods may be exempt from the statutory right to cancel after the seal has been broken where the goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the applicable legal conditions for that exemption are met.
This does not affect statutory rights in relation to faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.

Statutory Right to Cancel

For most goods purchased online, consumers have a statutory right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law. To exercise this right, please inform us by email at info@jps.ie or by another clear statement before the cancellation period expires. After cancellation, the goods should normally be returned within 14 days. Applicable return costs and refunds, including delivery charges, will be handled in accordance with Irish consumer law. A model cancellation form can be provided or made available on our website.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Responsibility for return costs will depend on the reason for the return and the consumer's applicable statutory rights. Where JPS Import & Export Limited is legally responsible for the cost of returning or collecting goods, we will bear that cost.

If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the sales contract, please contact us at info@jps.ie. We will assess the matter and provide any remedy to which the consumer is entitled under applicable consumer protection legislation. We may request reasonable evidence where necessary to assess the issue.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Sale, promotional and discounted goods remain subject to applicable statutory consumer rights.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged goods to reach you may vary. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@jps.ie and return your item to us with the original receipt.

Consumer Rights and Remedies

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law. JPS Import & Export Limited is legally required to supply goods that conform to the sales contract. Where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the sales contract, consumers may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Collection

As the nature of our business operation, we do not offer collections to the public.

All goods purchased via website or email or other means will only be shipped directly to you by the given delivery address.

In rare cases, if you need to collect certain items, please email us at info@jps.ie stating the item names and amount. Please do not come to the warehouse without having received our replies.

Discount Coupons

The Coupon is only valid within the date specified. We reserve the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time without notice.
Only one applicable Coupon promotion may be used for each online order transaction.
The Coupon may not be used in conjunction with other coupon offers.
Coupons cannot be combined with other promotions unless specifically stated.
The Coupon is not valid for orders taken via telephone or email unless otherwise stated.
The Coupon discount will be applied during the online order process after the correct submission of relevant information including completing the Coupon code during the order process. A coupon discount will be included in the price prior to the submission of the online order by the customer. Coupon discounts will not be applied to incorrectly submitted orders or requests for discounts after the online ordering process has been submitted by the customer.
The Discount Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or for vouchers of any kind.
The Discount Coupon cannot be redeemed against prior purchases.
